Introduction
The HMMP plan is the Contractor's plan to ensure the appropriate consideration is given to the elimination of or reduction of of hazardous materials, and to the proper control of the hazardous materials that are not eliminated, for systems, system components and associated support items throughout all phases of the system life cycle.
