The report shall list the documentation found to be in error and unsatisfactory for the production and test of the item. When errors are found in the documentation, the report shall list the document by nonmenclature (e.g. number, title, revision level, date) provide a description of the error and specify the reason for the proposed change. When extensive changes are applicable to a drawing/document, a marked copy of the drawing/document shall be attached.
Contractor statement. The report shall include a statement that the contractor has ascertained that all of the technical data package documentation, with the proposed changes, are adequate for production.
