The Project Plan defines the plans and procedures of an enterprise for the management and
conduct by that enterprise of a fully integrated program in satisfaction of project objectives
and requirements. Project requirements may be established by the enterprise or may be
established under a contract between the enterprise and a customer external to the
enterprise.
The Project Plan may exist in partial satisfaction of the requirements of process standards
such as ISO 9001, which may be invoked contractually or by enterprise management
decision.
