Introduction
RSA-MIL-STD-3 lists and describes typical baseline elements and requirements for programm baselines over the life-cycle of the programme. The concept 'Programme Baseline' as applied to in this standard refers to all programme aspects and elements that have to be managed to ensure programme integrity. The programme baselines therefore include management elements, which form part of or guide the creating system, as well as technical baseline elements, which can be described as programme outputs, which form part or suppport the created system.
