SCOPE
1. Purpose
The purpose of this document is to standardise the preparation of RSA military standards to ensure the inclusion of essential requirements, and to aid in the use and analysis of standard documents in accordance with the basic policy of the Defence Council for Standardisation (DCS) and RSA Military Standards Steering Committee (RMSS).
2. Scope
This standard establishes the formats, contents, and preparation of RSA military standards.
