90.3 Applicability
The requirements of this appendix are applicable to all contracts involving computer software. CIs during the acquisition and operation phases of CSCI design, development, test and updating, and modifications. Each contractors to the Government shall be responsible for his compliance with this appendix as well as the compliance of his subcontractors, vendors and suppliers to the extent that they are involved in preparing, formatting, ad processing engineering change proposals to computer software CIs for which the prime contractor is responsible.
