10.1.1 ITEM DESCRIPTION
a. General:
General appearance of the item, including type (fuze, warhead, bomb etc), part number, nomenclature, aerial numbers, and information for visual identification of the item.
b. Physical and Operational Description: Size diameter, thickness, composition, etc.
c. Operational Description: How the item attaches, assembles, and otherwise works with the end item.
d. Detailed Description of Explosive Train: Include Quantity and Type of each Explosive Component.
3. Net Explosives Weight Per Item: Include total quantity and type of explosives.
f. Drawings and Schematics: If available.

3.1 The purpose of this DID is to obtain information necessary for safe and efficient storage, maintenance, inspection and transportation of ammunitions and explosives to be stored on the Eglin Test Ranges.
3.2 This data meets the requirements of ADR 136-1.
