10. Preparation Instructions

10.1 Format

10.1.1 Numbering
In the upper left of the cover page and each succeeding page, the Modification Work Order (MWO) will carry the identification of the MWO number assignment. Each MWO shall be sequentially numbered within each system or equipment as follows:

Modification Work Order
Number 1- (equipment or system nomenclature)

10.1.2 Dating the MWO
Each MWO shall carry a month and year for the date and MWO was published in each upper right corner, including the cover sheet.

10.1.3 Cover sheet
Each MWO shall have a cover sheet which shall have the identifying nomenclature and long title centered on the page for the system/equipment to which it applies.
