7. Application / Interrelationship
7.1 This Data Item Description contains the format and content preparation instructions for the Equipment Technical Data Package Specification resulting from the work task described by 5.1.3.3 of MIL-STD-1465 (AR).
7.2 This data Item Description is primarily applicable to the US Army Armaments, Munitions, and Chemical Production Base Modernization Program and is oriented toward facility construction and process equipment rather than systems, materiel and items.
10. Preparation instructions
10.1 Reference Documents. The applicable issue of the documents cited herein, including their approval dates and dates of any applicable amendments, notices, and revisions, shall be as specified in the contract.
10.2 Format and Content. The Equipment Technical Data Package Specification shall be in accordance with 5.1.3.3 of MIL-STD-1465 (AR).
