7.1 This DID contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the
specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.

10. PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
10.1 Format. The report shall be in contractor format.
10.2 Content. The report shall contain the following:
10.2.1 Part name, part number and revision, serial number, lot number, manufacture date, manufacturer, vendor
contract number, next higher assembly part number and serial number, indenture level, ECPS, waivers, deviations,
soffware part number and revision as applicable for each serial-number-co~ trolled or lot-number-controlled all-up
round, section, assembly, subassembly, part or component installed in the end item at time of delivery to the
government.
