Preparation Instructions:
10.1 Format: The SESAME Budget Data format shall be contractor selected unless effective presentation would be degraded.
The initially used format arrangement shall be used for all subsequent submissions.
10.2 Content: The SESAME Budget Data shall delineate data on each repairable spare in order of top-down breakdown with
the highest cost items listed first. The list shall contain the following:
a.End item Nomeclature
b.Spare Nomeclature and National Stock Number (NSN) or Government part number.
c.Next higher Assembly (NHA) NSN or Government part number.
d.Failure factors 1,2,3
e.Replacement rate (Condemnation rate)
f.Unit Cost in dollars in thousands (spare)
