Preparation Instruction:

10.1 Reference Documents:
The applicable data documents cited herein, including their approval dates and dates of any
applicable amendments, notices and revisions shall be specified in the contract.

10.2 Format: Documents shall be contractors format.

10.3 Content: The document shall have the following;
10.3.1 On Engineering and manufacturing development and first production contracts, cooling design data shall
be in accordance with MIL-E-5400. Data from the thermal evaluation test program as specified MIL-E-5400 shall
be in accordance with MIL-T-23103.

10.3.2 For Reordering equipment for redesign, test data shall be in accordance with MIL-T-23103.
