Content: The Report shall have the following: Title, Government Furnished information (GFI) Deficiency
Report; serial number assigned by the contractor to uniquely identify each particular report.
Serial number: a sequential number assigned by the contractor to uniquely identify each
particular report.
Program/Project title: The title of the program or project related to the particular
Procurement and identified by cognizant office designator.
PIIN: Procurement Instrument Identification Number, Contractor name or other appropriate
designation.

Introduction
The Government Furnished Information (GFI) Report received from a Contractor, advises the Government of the potential impact of deficient information. Deficiencies include illegible, inconsistent, defective non-usable, late and non delivered information that will prevent the contractor from proceeding the work.
