1. Reference documents. The applicable issue of the documents cited herein, including their approval dates and dates of any applicable amendments, notices, and revisions, shall be as cited in the current issue of the DODISS at the time of the solicitation.
2. Format. The Destructive Physical Analysis plan shall be in the contractor's format.
3. Content: The Destructive Physical Analysis (DPA) plan shall contain the following:
3.1. Lot sampling technique. Describes the method of conducting the lot sampling for each device type.
3.2. Lot acceptance criteria. Describes the acceptance criteria that will be applied against each device type.
3.3. Lot rejection criteria. Describes the rejection criteria that will be applied against each device type.
3.4. Sample storage. Describes how the DPA samples will be identified for retention and how and where the samples will be stored throughout the duration of the contract.
