1. Reference documents. The applicable issue of the document cited herein, including their approval dates and dates of any applicable amendments, notices, and revisions, shall be as cited in the contract.
2. Format. Contractor format is acceptable. The prime contractor team shall be the repair instructions data repository. Electronic delivery shall constitute data product delivery.
3. Content. The Depot Level Repair Instructions shall include detailed instructions for use by journeyman level repair technicians at the Air Logistic Centers (ALCs).
3.1. The Depot Level Repair Instructions shall contain disassembly, cleaning, inspecting, repairing/refurbishing, reassembly and testing procedures. Instructions should reference all applicable drawings and schematics.
3.2. The Depot Level Repair Instructions should reference associated parts lists, materials lists, materials and/or manufacturing process specifications and applicable kits.
3.3. The Depot Level Repair Instruction procedures shall be validated by the Air Logistic Center.
