4.1. The report shall include the contractor's name and address and the Government (prime) contract
number for which the report is required.
5. Definitions. For the purposes of identifying drawing numbers as required in 4.e above, the following
definitions apply:
a. Existing drawing number - A drawing number identifying a drawing which was prepared outside
the scope of the contract for which the report is required.
b. Assigned drawing number - A drawing number identifying a drawing prepared under the contract
for which the report is required. It is a number allocated under the contract and used to identify a drawing.
c. Unused drawing number - A drawing number allocated under the contract but not used to identify
a drawing.
