3. Description/Purpose

3.1 The Competitive Subcontracts Report (CSR) identifies the total dollar amounts subcontracted on the basis of price competition, design or technical competition and subcontracts awarded on a noncompetitive basis during the reporting period and since contract start.

3.2 The CSR is used to evaluate a contractor's competitive subcontracting effectiveness.
