John, I just wanted to share with the INCOSE BOD a letter of appreciation
to Robert Halligan in support of our local Silver State Chapter. Robert
went out of his way to help our Chapter out and wanted to let the Board
know of his generous support to our Chapter. Robert conducted a one day
tutorial, free of charge (except material expenses incurred), while he
was here in Las Vegas conducting another conference/workshop. Robert was
also very gracious in supporting us by conducting a evening presentation at
our meeting late last year, also without a cost to the Chapter. If you
could please share this letter with the INCOSE BOD it would be greatly
appreciated.
