STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENT (SOR)
FOR THE PROVISION OF
CONSULTANCY/PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The title of the Services and a detailed Statement of Requirement for the work to be undertaken should be included in this Attachment. Where appropriate, this may be achieved by annexing or incorporating by reference (with adequate and precise description) correspondence between the parties including any proposal from the Contractor. For example:
The Services to be provided are described in the following documents which are annexed to this Attachment and initialled by the parties for the purpose of identification:
(i)a letter from the Department to the Contractor dated ……… and headed ………
(ii)a proposal from the Contractor dated ……. And entitled ………
Where the Services are described through the annexure of documents, care must be taken to ensure that the annexed documents are consistent and adequately express the scope and nature of the Services to be provided.
ATTACHMENT B
THE CONTRACTOR’S OBLIGATIONS
This Attachment sets out the obligations that the Contractor is required to fulfil in meeting the Statement of Requirement at Attachment A. The following terms are not exhaustive, and are subject to amendment by drafters in order to accommodate specific user requirements.
