Revision Note
This issue compiles Parts 1 through 6 of this Standard that were previously
issued as separate documents. The texts have been revised and are
presented in an order that is representative of a typical reliability and
maintainability development programme. Tables of quality factors and one
shot device reliabilities etc, that were incorporated in Part 3, are not
reproduced in this issue. Source references for one shot devicereliabilities are quoted in lieu of tables.
Allied Reliability and Maintainability Publication (ARMP-1): NATO
Requirements for Reliability and Maintainability is the original model
document for this Standard. Where the ARMP-1 is constrained, this Standard
provides an augmented text for clarity and also appends further text for
completeness.
