Example SSRC CONEMP

This CONEMP is intended to provide an early reference for fitness for purpose during SSRC development.
The CONEMP is intended to be a discussion document for use by and between between SSRC stakeholders, to contribute to a shared understanding amongst stakeholders of the purpose of the proposed SSRC capability development, before significant resources are committed. The CONEMP will also be a driver for the development of the more detailed and precise Concept of Use (CONUSE) of greater scope, in that it provides the framework and high level identification of the information listed in 1.1 above. The CONEMP is an essential part of documentation leading to approval to proceed to a programme or project.
