Introduction

Use/relationship:
a. The Implementation Plan permits a review of a proposed system prior to its integration at a Government facility. The Implementation Plan fully documents cost/benefits analyses and defines all facilitation, training and support requirements and responsibilities to help the Government manage the proposed acquisition in a cost effective and timely manner.
b. This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirements as delineated in the contract.
c. It is anticipated that this DID will primarily be applied to contracts for the implementation of existing or newly developed systems, technology or equipment at production or maintenance/repair facilities.
d. This DID is related to DI-FNCL-80165A, Cost Breakdown Structure Summary Report.
