The Operational and Support Concept Description (O&SCD) describes, for a system,
subsystem, HWCI, component or other item, who the users of the system are, what are the
intended uses of the system, how and where it is intended that the system be used, and a
representative set of scenarios of use. These scenarios, each associated with a particular
mission, are chosen to represent both typical and design limit conditions of use.
The Operational and Support Concept Description (O&SCD) also describes how and where it
is intended that the system be supported and by whom, and a representative set of scenarios
of support. These scenarios, each associated with a particular mission, are chosen to represent
both typical and design limit conditions of support.
