Be realistic about how quickly your organisation will accept change.
Reconcile your needs with capacity to change – you won’t be able to tackle
everything at once.
Consider budget, available expertise and culture.
Aim to get benefits early – quick wins help to build momentum.
Spread the cost across multiple areas/budgets.
Develop a “strapline” for change and include in all communications.
