1.2.6 This CDD Guide is supported by the following requirements and guidance documents:
a. DMSP(ENG) 12-3-001, DID-ENG-DEF-OCD, defines the template for the Operational Concept Document (OCD).
b. DMM (LOG) 04-0-001, Materiel Logistics Manual, assists with the development of the support concepts in Section 5 of the OCD.
c. DMH (ENG) 12-3-005, Function and Performance Specification (FPS) Development Guide, and associated DMSP (ENG) 12-3-005 Standard Procedure for Developing Function and Performance Specifications.
d. DMSP (ENG) 12-5-002, Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) Development, assists in the provision of an integrated approach between stakeholders for the planning and subsequent implementation of the Verification and Validation (V&V) and Test and Evaluation (T&E) program.
e. DMH(ENG) 12-3-001, Requirements Management Guide, which assists with the requirements management aspects.
