High Maturity expectations contain many good ideas for organisations to use as part of their process improvement activities.
There may be issues in some details and appraisal ramifications, but overall, from a process improvement perspective, the changes are philosophically reasonable.
Keep abreast of high maturity thinking by enrolling in SEI training material on high maturity and attending conference high maturity tracks. (Watch out for requirements volatility!)
Look for concepts and examples that are relevant to your organisation.
