Reliability-Centered Maintenance Analysis Data

This DID contains the format and content preparation instructions for that data generated under the work task described by 5.2 of MIL-STD-2173(AS).

This DID is applicable for all new acquisitions and in-service programs that require RCM analysis data to establish or change preventive maintenance requirements.

This DID relates to DID DI-R-7085A which provides Failure Modes Effects and Critically Analysis (FMECA) data. The FMEA data acquired as specified in DI-R-7085A serves as input to the RCM Process. The RCM process establishes the preventive maintenance requirements for maintenance plans.
