Receipt of Government Materiel Report

The Receipt of Government Materiel Report provides receipt data for
Government materiel to the Management Control Activity (MCA) or Accountable Supply Distribution Activity (ASDA).

a. This Data Item Description (DID) enables the MCA or ASDA to maintain accurate fiscal and physical audit trails for all Government materiel received by the contractor.

b. This DID contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product
generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.

c. This DID is applicable to all contracts in which the Government is required to deliver
Government materiel to a contractor.
