Format and Content. This list shall be in the format shown on the sample data sheet in Table I. The first page of the listing shall include the identification information described below. The repair part data shall have the format and content described below. Note, sample data is included in Table I for clarity.

Heading Information. The top portion of the list shall consist of information to permit the identification of the end item with the listing i.e. Item Name, NSN, Contractor Name (Source), Reference for part number, and Contract number.
