Production Status Report

Requirements:

Format. The Production Status Report format shall be contractor selected. Unless effective presentation would be degraded, the initially used format arrangement shall be used for all subsequent submissions.

Content. The Production Status Report shall contain the following:

Identification. The data indicated below shall be contained in a title page or on the first page of the report.

a. Title or identification of the system, component, program, or project.

b. Type of report (e.g., monthly, interim, final).

c. Period covered by the report.

d. Contract number.

e. Preparing activity or contractor’s title.

f. Security classification, when required.

g. Distribution statement.
